Akritidis Group is a Victorian based building surveying and consultancy firm located in Melbourne’s southeast. The company was established in 2003 by the current managing director Ari Akritidis, who was later joined by two co-directors Joeseph Kairouz and Nick Karatatis.
The firm provides statutory and consultancy building surveying services across all building types and classifications. Our experience spans across all types of developments including domestic, residential, retail, education, health care, aged care and industrial projects.
